Good Shepherd Early Childhood Center

Reaching preschool-aged children and their families with God’s truth: spiritually, mentally, physically, and socially

Good Shepherd Lutheran Early Childhood Center exists to provide the highest level of Christian education and care possible to children. Good Shepherd Early Childhood Center is based on the philosophies that…

  • God gives parents the primary responsibility for nurturing their children.
  • The center assists parents in nurturing the spiritual, mental, physical, and social growth and development of children in a Christian environment.
  • Children develop best in an atmosphere of Christian love, care, trust, and respect.
  • Developmentally appropriate experiences provide children with hands-on activities and real-world situations that further their spiritual, mental, physical, and social development.

Good Shepherd Early Childhood Center provides care for children ages 6 weeks–5 years old in seven different classroom settings—Bread of Life Bakery (infants), Noah’s Ark Pet Store (mobile infants), Milk and Honey Ice Cream Parlor (young toddlers), Christian Soldiers Toy Store (toddlers), the Good Book Bookstore (preschool), Sweet Treats Candy Shop (prekindergarten), and Zacchaeus’ Treehouse (pre-k).

The center is open year round from 6:30am–6:30pm, Monday–Friday. We do observe the national holidays, and we also have one inservice day for our teachers.

You can contact the childcare center to check for openings and set up a tour. We are sure that you will find our center unique in both setting and quality.
